HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ITEM BE DISPATCHED?
We dispatch all orders either on the day of order (if ordered before 2pm) or the next working day at the latest.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Normal shipping is by first class post, which takes 1-4 days. Occasionally at busy times it can take longer. An express service with next working day delivery is available at £5 per order.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If your order value was over £20, or if it is international, then you can trace your order via the Royal Mail Track & Trace system and enter the tracking number supplied on your confirmation invoice/shipping email.
HOW MUCH IS UK DELIVERY?
Free delivery in the UK, the price you see is the price you pay. If you want express delivery then this is extra, at a cost of £5 per order.
WHAT IS THE COST OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
If you add the items to your basket and proceed to the basket page, then select either Europe or ROW depending on your location, this will then update the postage cost for you. ALl international shipping charges are based on wieght.
DO WE DELIVER TO YOUR COUNTRY?
If you proceed to the sign in page and select new customer, click the "skip lookup" link and then click the arrow of the country drop down boa and the countries we can ship to are listed here.
I SEE THAT EARRINGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, HOW CAN I SEE IF A NECKLACE SET MATCHES MY DRESS?
We can send out necklace sets initially without the earrings for you to see. You MUST email us IMMEDIATELY after you place your order to request this. If you then wish to keep a set we can send the earrings on to you. If you want to return any necklace/bridal sets to us you must do this within 7 days of receipt and then we would give a full refund minus a £3 handling charge per set.
CAN I BUY JUST THE EARRINGS FROM A NECKLACE SET?
Unfortunately we are unable to split the earrings or necklace from a set.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please see our terms page. You can returns items within 7 days of receipt, with the exception of earrings or sets with earrings due to hygeine reasons.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You will need to email us with your name, your order number and the item you wish to return. We then send out a returns form with details of the return address the return needs to be sent to.
I SEE IN THE DESCRIPTION YOU STATE SILVER (SILVER) AND (GOLD) IN THE TITLE, ARE THESE ITEMS SOLID SILVER OR SOLID GOLD?
Unless an item is described as sterling silver, or 9ct gold or 24ct gold, then the description (silver) or (gold) refers to its colour. The detail description will state if an item is silver coloured or solid sterling silver.
