Comb tiaras are a pretty alternative to tiaras for brides or bridesmaids to wear at a wedding. They can also be worn by prom queens or beauty queens. They consist of a jewelled decoration which stands up form a curved comb, usually metal, which pushes into the hair on top of the head.
Decorations can be many and varied, the most common being crystal stones in various shapes or pearls or a mixture of the two.
Crystals these look liked cut glass and because of the way they are shaped they can reflect the light and sparkle. The ones used in our comb tiaras range in size from the very small to reasonably large crystals.
Pearls some pearls used in the comb tiaras are freshwater pearls, which tend to be an ivory colour and others are synthetic pearls which can be white, ivory or cream.
