Wedding Hair Accessories
Wedding hair accessories covers many items which can be worn at weddings usually by the bride and bridesmaid as well as the mothers of the bride and groom in their hair.
Hair combs are decorations, often of crystal, diamante, pearl or material which are attached to a clear or metal comb which is then placed in the hair.
Hair pins are two pronged pins with a small crystal or pearl embellishment at the top which is fitted into the hair, usually when the hair is worn up, such as in a bun.
Tiaras are like crowns and can be quite tall or low lying and are usually decorated with crystals, diamante stones, pearls or material flowers and are often worn in conjunction with a wedding veil. They add a touch of extra glamour to the bride.
Side Tiaras are worn more like hair bands and have a larger feature decoration on one side with more discreet decorations along the hair band. These are often worn when the hair style is partly up and partly down.
Spirals are small circular accessories on a metal wire consisting usually of a pearl or crystal decoration. Several are usually worn in the hair when it is up and they are just twisted in.
Garlands are a continual band worn on the top of the head. They are suitable for bridesmaids, flower girls and girls making their first communion. They often have ribbons at the back and decorations of flowers on the band.
