The following terms & conditions are set out to be clear and, above all, fair. We believe it is critical to operate in an open and friendly manner to our customers. By the use of our service, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
Prices
The price you see is the price you pay. There are NO hidden extras.
All prices include VAT at the current rate, and also include postage and packing costs for UK customers.
We do not offer any VAT refunds or concessions for people outside of the EU or UK. We offer a single all inclusive price for our products to all customers irrespective of location.
Products
The Little Things In Life has made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. All products have detailed descriptions, sizes and colours specified where applicable. Due to the differences between the many different computer screens we cannot guarantee that the colour represented on your screen is 100% accurate.
Products are subject to availability. We will not be liable for compensation or damages, if we do not supply goods.
Payments
The Little Things In Life accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. We are sorry but we do not accept American Express.

This is safe and your details are handled efficiently and securely through our website. All payments are handled in sterling. If purchasing from outside the UK , your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
The Little Things in Life reserves the right to decline orders that do not pass the Address Verification System. This is not only a protection for us, but also for you in case of stolen or misused cards.
We know of no case of credit card fraud using our shopping website. When you place your order all your personal information including card number, name and address is encrypted. This encryption process scrambles all the information into code, which is then transmitted safely over the Internet. No one sees your credit card number, not even us.
Shipping and Handling
For UK customers, all prices include postage and packing costs. All items will be dispatched by first class Royal Mail, recorded for orders over £20.
There are no extra charges other than if you require shipping abroad.
If you are buying for shipment to Europe a charge will be made to cover the additional cost for international postage. Overseas orders are placed at customers' risk. The Little Things In Life will not accept responsibility for international items lost in transit.
Delivery
All items for delivery in the UK are despatched within 1 working day of ordering and are sent by first class mail, recorded for orders over £20, which usually arrives within 1 to 4 working days after despatch date.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We do not offer any product that we do not stock. We operate an automated system whereby as soon as a customer orders the last of a stocked item, the product is withdrawn from sale until it is re-stocked. In the unfortunate situation where orders are taken simultaneously which results in no stock, we will supply the first order receieved first and offer the second or subsequent customers the right to cancel or await replenished stocks.
Returns Policy
The Little Things In Life endeavours to supply the highest quality goods and service and operates a simple returns policy.
Please notify us by email sales@the-little-things-in-life.co.uk within 7 days of receipt should there be any problems with the goods you receive.
Any unauthorised returns will be subject to a £5 administration fee.
Please email sales@the-little-things-in-life.co.uk within 7 days of receipt with the details of any items you wish to return and your order number before you return the items to us. We will then confirm return details and returns number.
Refunds/exchanges after 7 days from the date of receipt are at our discretion.
Any items MUST be sent back complete with jewellery packaging.
Once we receive the goods, we will then refund or exchange the items returned. Refunds will be within 30 days of the return of the unused purchase.
No refunds are available on pierced earrings or navel jewellery for health and hygiene reasons. We also cannot accept the exchange or refund of necklace/earrings sets for the same reasons. Rings ordered to specific sizes are also non-returnable.
Please ensure that you include your name, address, and order number with the items. Any items returned should not have been used or worn.
For your own security, we strongly recommend that you return the items via recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit.
The return postage cost will not be reimbursed.
